She loves her school band,
The Beatles and the odd horse,
she also writes poetry,
about a whale, and me of course !
And those tranquil eyes spoke without words,
but I was hearing poetry in my very soul,
and I started to think about the possibilities,
maybe this is the girl to make me completely whole.
You've always been good with words,
and I know you like (NAME),
I'm pretty smart on the slopes,
but with poetry I'm kinda lost !
And we all miss your Mom so very much,
life can't always be a calm and placid sea,
but it's nice that you felt close to her,
when climbing (and rhyming) your poetry.
