It was three o'clock in the morning,
there was a feeling, you could sense the Universal power,
and that was the first time that I said "I love you",
as we both sat there watching that comet shower.

And as the magnificence unfolded,
right there before our very eyes,
my love for you became a tangible thing,
although I guess this should come as no surprise.

You see, my love for you is like Oxygen,
it's the only air I'll ever need to breathe,
and of all my hopes and aspirations,
you're the only dream I'll ever need to believe.

If that love were the colors of the rainbow,
then that would be a beautiful sight to behold,
and I'm so looking forward to our future,
to our stories, as yet unwritten and untold.

And together we'll walk the path of life,
we'll share our journey, our highs and lows,
and I promise, in the not too distant future,
on bended knee, I will solemnly propose.

then I will be the richest man on this Earth,
I will possess all the treasures in this world,
because truly, I know what your true love is worth.

And my love for you is also true,
it's the truth, it comes from my very soul,
with you in my life I feel complete,

and your majesty takes my breath away,
and the day I met you at the fair,
well, that's been my fairest, my very best day.

And we've shared one year already,
and I know we'll share many, many more,
