Who do you want the poem written for: Lindsey

Why do you want the poem written: because i love her and im sorry for all the pain i have caused her. All i want is to heal her wounds by helping our friendship grow and maybe with time have her back in my life as more.

What are the key messages you would like to send: That I love her, I am very sorry, She is always on my mind, i would give up anything to fix all this, that she is beautiful, i need her in my life, all the happiness she brings me, that maybe this will make us stronger and hopefully our friendship can grow and maybe with trust, love and time things will eventaully grow back into the love we once shared so deeply. I will always be there for her and am growing into the man she deserves and want nothing more than to heal all the pain and replace it with happiness. Just, when the time is right, i want nothing more for christmas than the chance to prove myself worthy of her time and love.

Do you have any funny, sad, happy, embarrassing or otherwise memorable moments that you would like to share: The birth of her beautiful daughter ( we shared it together though im not the father), the time we ran through the sprinklers late at night during a highschool football game just to be free of everything, the pain i felt when she left me because i was wrong and too proud, the pain i felt when she started dating my bestfriend and i realized how much i really lost and needed her in my life.

Do you have any other comments or thoughts: I love this girl so much, her and her daughter kaitlyn mean the world to me and treating her the way i did is the biggest regret of my life. I would do anything to turn back the hands of time and fix everything but since i cant i want her to know that all the pain i have felt from losing her and seeing her with my bestfriend has made me grow up and realize that nothing in this world is more important than love. I will be here by her side through whatever life throws at her and oneday when our friendship is mended i want nothing more than to hold her in my arms again. Also i really want to emphasize her beauty and if possible relate it to the natural world. The same with her daughter. Lindsey is dark blond with green eyes and glowing white skin and kailtyn is curly blond with blue eyes.

One More Chance

There are times in life when you're wrong, and I guess it is as simple as that, you're left feeling stupid, foolish, regretful, and that sadly, is a matter of fact. And that's exactly how I feel right now, I'm sorry, I'm sorry from my very heart, and I just wanted to apologize, now where on Earth could I possibly start? Firstly, I'll begin by looking skywards, and thanking those in the heavens above, because I know I was blessed to have shared you, I know that I was blessed to have known your love. I'm sorry for all the pain that I've caused you, all I want is for our friendship to grow, I also want to help to heal your wounds, but there's a few other things that you should know: I love you, I'm very, very, very sorry, do you know, you're always on my mind? You're beautiful, I need you in my life, I've never known anyone even half as kind. I would give anything to fix all this up, there's so much happiness that you bring to me, and I just wanted to thank you for being you, you've made my world a great place to be. Hopefully, this will make us stronger, because life is never a rose filled dream, but through it all, I know we belong together, me and you, we really could make a great team. And maybe with trust, love and time, well, they could the magic ingredients in our cake, I just know that I need you back in my life, and yes, I know I'd do whatever it would take. And maybe our love can grown once more, it was deep, but this time it could grow deeper still, because I know that I love you today, and yes, of course, I know that I always will. I want you to know that I will always be there for you, and because of you, I will become a better man, and that's the kind of man you've always deserved, so just know, that I will do, for you, just what I can. Anything to replace your pain with happiness, I want to replace the cold and darkness with pure light, I want nothing more for Christmas than one more chance, one more chance (and only when the time is right). Once more chance to prove that I'm worthy of you, one more chance to run through the sprinklers again, I know we could never match the birth of your daughter, but give me one more chance (and tell me where and when). I remember the pain I felt when you left, and you left because I was wrong and just too proud, and the way I treated you was my biggest regret, yet, I was wrong, there I've said it (and right out loud). I would do anything to turn the clocks back, but of course, those minute hands only go the one way, and now I see, that love is the only important thing, and that one line leaves so much to say: I will be there for you, no matter what life throws up, and I've never really said just how wonderful you are, but if my love for you were a distance, then it would be further than the furthest star. And you and Kaitlyn are so very beautiful, put next to a sunset, a rose, they both simply pale, and I just wanted to tell you of my love for you, but alas, I think that for once, words will simply fail. Because I want to spend the rest of my life with you, and with you, I want to have my very last dance, so Lindsey, all I'm asking for is your forgiveness, and please, please, please, give me one more chance.
