I am planning a Holiday Party open house on Dec. 27th from 2PM till??? My children Jimmy, Christina and her boyfriend Rick will be flying home from California, and my eldest son Jeremy will also be home for the holidays. They all would like to spend time with our many family members and friends but time is very short. I would like to extend this invitation to them all so we can all spend time together at this special time of the year. I would like each person who may be able to attend this party to bring with them a box to be filled with love to be given to a child that is living with AID/HIV. It can be a box made of wood, glass or anything. A little trinket box. My son Jim started giving me these boxes as gifts filled with little things on special occasions and now I collect them and bring them to these unfortunate children. I call them "ANGEL BOXES". In addition to my holiday poem possibly you can write me a poem to put into my angel boxes. Please let me know.

Angel Boxes

Hello, this box is yours,
a special gift for you,
full of magical things,
full of wonders new.

Please look inside,
carefully you must,
or else otherwise,
you'll disturb the angel dust.

And whenever you're feeling down,
and maybe a little low,
just whisper into your box,
just let your angel know.

Because you have an angel,
who will always be very near,
and that angel will look out for you,
in that you can have no fear.

IT IS SO SAD TO SEE SO MANY CHILDREN LIVING WITH AIDS, CANCER AND OTHER ILLNESSES. AS YOU REQUESTED I WILL MAKE MY DONATION TO NJ BUDDIES AND AIDS EDUCATION AND SUPPORT ORGANIZATION AND I WILL SEND THEM A COPY OF YOUR POEM.
