I've already told you that you're all that I have,
but now we find, we have just a little bit more,
and I just wanted to say I'm proud of you, I love you,
"How much?" I couldn't even add up or guess the score.

So, hello, my wonderful Richard,
these words are just for you,
because I'm proud of who you are,
and I'm very proud of what you do.

And I just wanted to say "I love you",
but in truth, I didn't know where to start,
so I thought I'd share a few feelings,
and give you some words, straight from the heart.

Firstly, I'd like to begin by looking skywards,
and thanking those in the heavens above,
because I know I've been blessed to have shared you,
I know that I've been blessed with your love.

And we've shared so many wonderful moments,
in truth, there's just too many to individually list,
just know that each and every one is precious,
there's not one that we would have missed.

So now we have our house and an unexpected baby,
those winds of fates can be little monkeys at times,
but Richard, I just wanted you to know how happy I am,
yes, you're the one who's put the reasons in my rhymes.

So, I think I'll finish by saying: "I love you",
actually, I've never really said just how wonderful you are,
but if my love for you were a distance,
then it would be further than the furthest star.
